Answer:

Hello Finex!

Let the radius of park be x

Now circumference of park is

2\pi r \\  \\  = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7} \times r = 616 \\  \\ r =  \frac{616 \times 7}{44}   \\  \\  = 98m \\

Now radius of park =98m with 14m wide path

Radius of park excluding path=(98-14m)=84m

Area of park excluding path

 =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 84 \times 84 \\  \\  =  {22176m}^{2}

Total cost of grossing

 = 22176 \times 1.40 \\  \\  = rs \: 31046.40 \\

Hence required area is 22176m^2

Total grossing coat= Rs 31046.40

Hope it helps you from my side
