Answer

The water in the bowl will evaporate faster than the other two

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

  • Evaporation is a surface phenomenon that is, Evaporation depends on the surface area provide

  • The tumbler doesn't provide as much as surface area as the bowl does

  • Similarly the water needs surface area not shallowness and so the shallow dish no matter what it is made up of doesn't help

  • Also Evaporation is dependent on wind, temperature, humidity of the environment etc...

  • As the surface area increases there will be more particles that are exposed to the environment

  • These cases like temperature, wind etc.. help those particles in gaining kinetic energy

  • As they gain more and more kinetic energy they will be able to escape from the intermolecular force and become a vapour

  • The more the surface are then more particles will be exposed to the environment and hence more Evaporation on the bowl
