There are many ways by which we can get out or do not make stress get born inside us.

  • Don't study much 1 day before exam keep preparing some some part whole year.
  • One day before paper do all things like Watching TV, roaming on roof, cycling, doing fun, etc!
  • Don't think much about paper.
