if \:  \alpha  \: and \:  \beta  \: are \: roots \: of \: the \: polynomial \: 2x^{2}  - 4x + 1. then \: find \: the \: value \: of \:   \frac{1}{ \alpha  + 2 \beta }  +  \frac{1}{2 \alpha  +  \beta } .
