if \:  \cot \: theta \:  =  \frac{x}{y}
prove \: that \:
 \frac{x \: \cos \: theta - y \: \sin  theta}{x \: \cos \: theta + y \sin \: theta   }  =  \frac{ {x}^{2}  -  {y}^{2} }{ {x}^{2} +  {y}^{2}  }
