1. This year it is the 6th edition of International yoga day. When Narendra modi had become the prime minister for the first time in 2014, he took an initiative to aware people of their one of the richest culture, Yoga. Yoga is a spiritual exercise which deals with harmony and peace. This time, Narendra modi focused on Yoga and family members. Due to Corona pandemic, it is advisable not to call mass gatherings, instead we can perform yoga in our home itself with our family members.

• AYUSH has launched a video blogging competition which PM has invited everyone to participate and posting videos. My life, my Yoga is a joint effort of AYUSH and Indian council of cultural traditions.
