a) amplitude- the maximum displacement of a vibrating body in a central position,is called amplitude. its SI unit is metre. its SI unit is hertz.

b) time period -Time period is defined as a vibrating particle to complete one vibration oscillation. It is denoted by T. It's S.I unit is second. While period is measured in second per cycle, frequency is measured in seconds per cycles , consider our wave with a period of 2 second .

c) frequency - The number of periods or cycles per second is called frequency. The SI unit for frequency is the hertz (Hz). One hertz is the same as one cycle per second.
