subject- complaint against increasing underage driving
Sir /Madam
Through the esteemed column of your newspaper I would like to draw the attention of the concern people regarding the increasing number of increasing number of underage individual driving causing road accident.
The primary cause of this problem is the carelessness of parents and police. Parents give bike, cars, scooters to the minor without even thinking that it could be risky. Police is not so strict about people obeying the rules. Jumping red lights and not wearing seat belt is considered as a matter of pride by youngster. Minor don't adhere speed limit and drive in their own lane.
Everyone seems to be in a hurry which can cost their life . Two wheeler driver and pillion driver don't wear helmets. It should be understood by Minors and adults that rules are made for our own safety.
Solution to this problem are that Minors should not be given vehicles to drive on the road. Traffic police should be increased. Heavy fine should be imposed for breaking law. If any minor found with vehicles on the road the police should immediately confiscate the vehicle. Schools should organise orientation regarding obeying the traffic rules.
Hope suitable measure are taken by the authority as soon as possible to solve the problem.
Thanking you
yours sincerely

Sub: complaint against the menace of underage individuals riding scooters and motorcycles
Sir
I am a resident of Lucknow, and past few months my society is facing the issue of irresponsible underage drivers who ride their bikes carelessly and often at a high speed which is resulting in a menace. These are mostly school students yet instead of studying they bunk classes and ride motorbikes all day. Their actions are not only irresponsible but dangerous as well as people of the society fear that either these children or us can become victims of accidents due to their over speeding.
Through your esteemed newspaper, I would request you to shine a light on this issue by creating awareness of the harmful effects of underage individuals riding scooters and motorcycles.
I am looking forward to your swift resolution to this matter.
Yours sincerely
Mallika Ghosh
