$<b>Ideally speaking every deserving action should be rewarded.But in actual life it is not always so. There are many people who do good work but do not expect any reward. They go on doing their work,and their work is seldom rewarded.But there are others,who give publicity to their work,and often approach authorities to recommended them for rewars ,Every year some Children are honoured for bravery.But only those children are honoured whose actions have been reported or recommended for reward.There may be many others children who have done deeds of far greater bravery.But their deeds are either not reported or not recommended.It is well -known facts that authorities reward only those people who are liked by them . Anybody who is not liked by authorities can never hope to be rewarded. However how noble their work be..$

Answer:

The doing of some good work should result in a reward as the person who has done it gets a motivation from this reward.Even if hedoesnot demand,the deserving action should be rewarded for the spread of the good deed.For ex., if someone finds money on the road and then returns it to its owner, he should be rewarded as this will motivate him for doing such things in the future also.But reward should also be given to deserving ones.
