Answer:

Pig iron

Pig iron is an intermediate product and first product of Iron making reduced from Iron ore. Pig iron has a very high carbon content, typically 3.5–4.5%, along with silica, Manganese, Sulphur, Phosphorus, Titanium and other trace elements.Pig iron is used for making steel and pure iron units.

Cast iron

It has  relatively low melting point, good fluidity, castability, excellent machinability, resistance to deformation and wear resistance. It is used in pipes, machines and automotive industry parts

Wrought iron

Wrought iron is an iron alloy with very low carbon content with respect tocast iron. It is soft, ductile, magnetic, and has high elasticity and tensile strength. It can be heated and reheated and worked into various shapes. It was commonly used for making nails, horseshoes, nuts and bolts, rivets, rails and railway couplings etc.
