Start solving from innermost parenthesis and moving to left.
Before that convert mixed fractions.

After converting, it will be:

4/3 - [3/4 ÷ 19/8{ 3/8 - 3/2( 1/3 - 1/6)}]

=> 4/3 - [3/4 ÷ 19/8{ 3/8 - 3/2(1/6)}]
=> 4/3 - [3/4 ÷ 19/8{ 3/8 - 3/12}]
=> 4/3 - [ 3/4 ÷ 19/8{1/8}]

Division has a high priority than Multiplication as per BODMAS Rule
=> 4/3 - [ (6/19)(1/8)]
=> (4/3) - (3/76)
=> (295/228)
= 1 67/228

;)
hope it helps
