Here you go!!

 \bf \red {Internal\:communication-}

Internal communications represents a person's ability to communicate and present them with the internal community, or organisation.

Whereas,

External communication is when some representative of any organisation makes a communication with other organisation.

The basic different between both of them lies in its meaning.

Now the question,

What factors are responsible for causing internal barriers during communication?

 \bf {What\:does\:barriers\:mean?}

Barriers means any obstacles that come in the midway.

Communication barrier mean obstacles that come during communicating.

There are some intenal common obstacles/barriers that are responsible for communication.

Stage fear

Lack of self confidence

Lack of language knowledge, and

Lack of soft skills

If these areas are covered by any person they might be able to overcome those internal communication barriers.
