the Constitution of India provide that the government shall respect the right given to the citizen if the government uses power unjustly against to him the citizen and the right of the citizen are violated then the citizen has right to take an action against the government through constitutional remedies..

the right of constitution remedy makes other right effective .it is possible sometimes the right of the citizen are violated by the fellow citizen or private bodies of the government . when any of our right ate violated .we can seek remedy through court . if it is a fundamental right then we directly approach to the supreme court or the high court of state.
