Effects of Global warming!

=> Less rainfall in the temperate zones and more rainfall in dry areas of the world!

=> Rise in sea level due to increased rate of melting of glaciers and ice caps, and also because of warming up and expansion of oceans. This will have serious consequences for coastal towns.

=> Increase in frequency and severity of floods Which can damage the world's coastal wetlands, resulting in loss of aquatic fauna.

=> Shrinking of forest cover and expansion desert area.

=> Occurence of more frequent storms in many parts of the world.

=> Increase in number of incidents of infectious diseases such as Malaria, Sleeping sickness, dengue and yellow fever.

=> Increase in rate of photosynthesis due to increase in the carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere. Thus, plants in warm climate with sufficient rainfall would grow faster.

Hopefully helps!
