If the q is find m:
So,
1) unifying denominators:
m^4 /m^2 - 4/m^2 - 6m^3 /m^2

2) simplify:
(m^4 - 6m^3 -4) / m^2

3) taking the common factor:
m^3(m-6)-4 /m^2

4)simplify:
m(m-6)-4
=m^2 - 6m - 4

5)use the quadratic formula to solve:
m=3 - _/13 OR m=3 + _/13

Hope it’s useful,,, good luck : )
