Yes, I find this story humourous as there are incidents which make us laugh and they way the narrator has described them, it makes the story more interesting and funny.
The first humourous incident was when he offered to pack, George and Harris leave the whole work on him. But he wanted to boss the job and just opposite happened what he intended.
The second humorous element is that when George placed the scraped butter on the chair and then Harris sits on it. They both of them search for the butter everywhere and walk all around. At last they find the butter on Harris's back.
The third funny element is that about Montmorency, the dog. He came and sat down on things, just when they were to be packed. he wanted somebody to stumble over him and curse him steadily for an hour. He pretended that lemons were rats.

This story is all about fun and nonsense which makes us laugh at several times.
Yes, I find this story humourous as there are incidents which make us laugh. The author makes every part of the story interesting by adding fun elements in it which can't stop us from laughing.
▶The first humourous incident was when the author offered to pack, George and Harris left the whole work on him. It happened just opposite to what Jerome had thought.
▶George placed the scraped butter on the chair and then Harris sits on it. They both of them search for the butter everywhere and walk all around. At last they find the butter on Harris's back.
This is one of my favourite parts of the story.
▶Montmorency, the dog came and sat down on things, just when the the things had to be packed. He wanted somebody to stumble over him and curse him very badly for an hour. He is one of those who makes the story laughable.
