Hello!!!
The lines are taken from the first chapter of class 9 French Revolution
The French Revolution completely changed the social and political structure of France. It put an end to the French monarchy, feudalism, and took political power from the Catholic church. ... Although the revolution ended with the rise of Napoleon, the ideas and reforms did not die.

As you know that French society in the eighteenth century was divided into three estates namely The Clergy, The nobility and third estates. First two estates, that is, the clergy and the nobility enjoyed certain privileges by birth. They were exempt from paying taxes. The Third estate comprises of businessmen, merchants, Peasants and artisans, labours had to pay taxes to the state. So the people of third estate were angered because only they have to pay taxes. So we can say that The seeds of the french were hidden in the social structure of france .
