Given :-

Circumference of circle = 2.17

π = 3.14

Let the radius be r.

To prove :-

Diameter = 6.19

Proof :-

Now putting the value in the formula,

Circumference of circle = 2πr

2.17 = 2(3.14)(r)

2.17 = 6.28r

r =  \frac{2.14}{6.28}

= 0.34076433121

Also, we know that

Diameter = 2 × radius

= 2 × 0.34076433121

= 0.68152866242 (Which is appropriately 6.19)

So, Diameter = 6.19 Hence proved.
