Hi !
Solution :-
from LHS ;
sin²¢ + cos²¢
as we know that, sin¢ = p/h
and , cos¢ = b/h
since, sin²¢ = p²/h² and cos¢ = b²/h²
sin²¢ + cos²¢ = p²+b²/h²
and by Pythagoras theorem .p²+b²= h² we
already know
so, h²/h² = 1 RHS
LHS = RHS proved
