Answer:

Let the masses of two cars = m1 : m2 = 4 : 5

 \frac{m1}{m2}  =  \frac{4}{5}

And the acceleration of two cars = a1 : a2 = 2 : 3

 \frac{a1}{a2}  =  \frac{2}{3}

Now ratio of forces =

 \frac{f1}{f2}  =  \frac{m1a1}{m2a2}

 \frac{f1}{f2}  =  \frac{4}{5}  \times  \frac{2}{3}

 \frac{f1}{f2}  =  \frac{8}{15}

F1 : F2 = 8 : 15
