Hey!

First of all, Happy Independence Day to all brainliacs! :)

☞Coming as traders, going as rulers, the British did change a lot in our country. From building up of bakeries to railways, they did help us. But how can one forget the amount of disrespect and humiliation we received from them. Independence Day truly is an important day. It is just not another holiday. Without thus day, other holidays would not have been possible in India.☜

✓Coming to your question, Is India Really Independent?

『Well, the answer is quite ambiguous. There are several underdeveloped villages in India. The literal meaning of 'independence' is being free. But did we ever give it a thought that we can only be liberal if we're developed and educated. Education is the key to awareness. Though the % is reduced at a high rate, there still exists some population in India who are illiterate and uneducated.』

『Another important quality of being developed is getting equal opportunities, no matter what your caste, religion, creed or sex is. Females should be getting equal options and chances. Women are the most important people in our society. Without them, can we achieve anything? It's our mothers who teach us right from alphabets to manners; from correcting ourselves to becoming a true human being.』

『India is known for many shameful acts even after independence, like the Nirbhaya Act and recently The Asifa Case. Has anything really changed besides our mentality? If not, then it's high time we create social awareness regarding every possible things. Let's make India corruption free and a racist free India. Doesn't matter if you're an Indian reading this or anyone else, the only thing that should run in your blood is "Humanism".』

Hope this helps you!

First of all Happy Independence Day to all readers.

Let's start with a salute to Motherland and our Brave soldiers.
Jai Bharat
Jai Jawan
Jai Kisan

Now let's come to the topic

Practically, we are independent. We have rights, we have constitution and all that make us feel free.
Talking about rights, we have six of them. Let's see whether they are applicable or not?

1) Right to Speech:-

Huh!! Most important. But do we really have right to speech? I have seen many instances in which a person saying against of BJP got killed or was stated as Missing. One such instance is when in a debate, Baba Ramdev was said by a reporter that his product "Patanjali" is actually just a label of other small company's products. Baba Ramdev asked for proof and when he was about to show, the debate instantly closed. And, to add to this, the reporter was fired. This is the right to Speech that we have.

2) Right to Liberty
This is the right to freedom. We can do anything that doesn't harm anyone. This is the right used by all the most. But they don't use it fairly. Dalits are being tortured by upper castes. This is the right to freedom we have.

3) Right against exploitation.

Hmm. This right states that if you are exploited, you can complaint against this in court. No matter the exploiter is a politician or something.
But like every other right, this right also went to take a bath in sea. We hear, we read in newspapers that a girl was behaves badly by a politician, by an actor or by someone else. What court do? What Government do? Nothing!!
We have Nirbhaya Kaand. We have recent case as 34 girls were exploited in Muzzafarpur by a BJP politician.
Case? Forget about it!

4) Right to Religion

We can change religion if we want. But still in Ranchi there are many cases in which people are forced to adopt Christianity.
Again this right went to drown in seas.

5) Right to education.

MOST IMPORTANT!!!
But like others were going to drown, this right also thought that my brothers are gone, I should also drown.

Government schools.:-

Building - Hell
Study :- Children always play
Teachers :- Who cares?

Private school:-
Building :- Good
Study :- Good
Teachers :- Good
But!!
Moral Values :- No sign
Fees :- OMG parents are gonna die
Lastly, Bribe :- Same as government school =_=.

6) Right to constitutional Remedies.

If anyone is violating the constitution, we can complaint about to it to the supreme court.

What should I say? This right also drowned.
All these rights are violated and no one implants.

This is the condition of our Right, Our freedom.
How can we say that we are free?

Apart from these,

Is a girl able to walk out of the home, freely?
Is a man able to take a huge amount of money and return home, safely?

Plus, the worst thing politicians do:-

Muslim leader like Asbuddin Obaisi Muslims come together
Hindu leaders like BJP RS Hindu come together

No politician say :-

Indians come together

This is the condition
This is the condition we have.

Change yourself if you want to change India.
Make yourself feel proud.
Don't blame others.
Maintain the dignity.
Maintain the fraternity, the equality.

Then I will be able to say proudly:-

This is my India, These are my Indians
and most importantly, I would say,

✌️ Proud to be Indian ✌️

Jai Hind
Jai Jawan
Jai Kisan
Jai common man xD
