why is it necessary ? once i had been pushed tightly by one of my class mates , he pushed me so hard that I was just going to fell . I never wanted or liked to take revenge , in fact I rarely become angry . but at that time my level of anger was so high that I couldn't control myself of hitting and taking that

You should preffered meditation .
and at night , at the time of sleep , you should thought about your whole activity that today what are u doing wrong or good . and if u able to know about urs and other mistake then think that U had been controlled on ur anger .
