Mail Merge features uses information stored in two different document for creating personalized letters. These two Documents are :
- Data Source
It consists of the information about the individual to whom the letters are to be sent.
- Main Document
It contains the common text or information which is to be sent individually to each recipient.
Mail Merge tool picks up the information about each individual from the data Source and merge it with the main Document to form the individual personalized letters.
