what is your opinion on overthinking and what do you do when you get upset. Please elaborate it with your own word.​

Overthinking is the act of thinking too much. Such as you think sometimes too much before coming the results what happened if you do the the work. Overthinking lead to distructive path. For example sometimes we have complicated the problem where as we have the solution of the problem in fornt of me. But we can't see so, just thinking positively and the problem with patience and thoughtfully. Your problem must be solve. Suppose that we have problem of colour of blindness. It is the disease in which a man can see only one type of colour. The solution of this problem is to see only colour if we continue to see it till 6 month then our problem sorted out. what will you do. It may be you can make colour your home with only one colour or you colour whole society so that you could see only only colour. But if you do so then it means you have to spend a lot of money. Where as problem is very small for it what needs to spend a lot of money. Just think calmly that what is the certain solution of the problem. If you will think about the problem to sort out you must get the certain idea to get rid this problem. Now let's discuss about the solution. For it we have to purchase a glass the colour which we have to see the colour and as you know very well that a glass can be purchased easily in very less money in the comparison of the activitiy which you applied about. So problem sorted I told you that overthinking make me confused and pressurised and i can't take right decision at the critical situation. So , I suggest you all that don't think too much. Because overthinking is not the solution of problem.

When I get upset then what do I do? At first I began to think why am i upset and what is the reason of getting upset? What should I do to get rid from it? Then we started to think that how can i overcome on it. I just get to find the solution.

For example once i failed my competition exam from 1 mark . Then I got upset and think deeply what was the remmission of my studying that i failed from 1 mark. My problem is that i study 12 hours daily but in 12 hours i have never determined that how much i gained the knowledge from the books. That is the reason i failed. Since then I decided to make a time table of studying and also make the rules that the book which I am reading from that books I was learning or not. Then it applied in my life. I was succeeded in my life. So, my dear friend , students, or anyone never think too much because your overthinking leads to your failure. When you get upset. Instead of getting upset you just think about the problems so that yor are upset and try to remove the problem i assure you that you will be never upset in your life.
