Answer:
1) I would like to live in village because there is less pollution than city areas and due to this the air is fresh in village. As in city there are very less trees and human beings are building up huge houses and cutting the trees but in villages there are so many trees and people don't have such big houses so due to trees in villages there is pure air with more oxygen. And the people of villages have friendly nature that's why I will prefer to live in a village.
2) New Town is a fast growing planned satellite city of Kolkata.The area mainly consisted of huge acres of cultivable lands and water bodies, which have been acquired and developed in a planned manner.
3) In riverine flooding, relatively high water levels overtop the natural or artificial banks of a stream or river. It is caused due to excess overflowing of water from the banks of a typical river in that particular.
4)Due to Lack of water and the scorching heat of sun these regions face drought situation.

1] I have two different choices according to my different perspectives:
1st : If you want to live in peace, harmony, want to breathe fresh air, Work yourself and consume it for yourself, have allergy to pollution, want to be closer to nature, feel the reality of nature , celebrate festival with all neighbours unitedly, etc.
You should choose the option of village.
2nd : If you want to live complex life, have most of the luxuries , have formal, good and best education, Work from office which would fetch you a handsome salary of 5 to 6 digits, want to live your own life privately, want to see your problems yourself, etc.
You can choose the city option .
I have written my both perspectives, you can choose what you like most !

2] The New Town is a fast growing Satellite City of Kolkata. HIDCO plans the infrastructure of the New Town, such as : roads, buildings, monuments, big structures, transportation system, bridges, etc. The city is giving inspiration to many authorities, through very nice use of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence.
This Town is near Kolkata but falls under North 24 Parhana District of West Bengal . New Town has also been declared as Solar City and now many great initiatives are being taken to make this city as Smart Green City .

3] Riverine Flood is caused by the overflowing of water from its marked Bank. The overflowed water goes to the nearer low land and the whole area looks like a lake . It can be due to very heavy rain or heavy melting of glaciers , dam releases etc.
A riverine flood is also called as normally flood, and it caused very much damage to life and property. Many field where, the farmers had done so much hardworking, get destroyed .
The main cause of flood nowadays is global warming and Cuuting of tree, as tree help to stop the heavy flow of water from the river, as now, they are very less, the water flow does not stop.

4] The main cause of drought I wester odisha, Jharkhand, Telangana is the less rainfall in this region during Southwest monsoon season. If the only source of rain, even does not give much water, there will be obviously a situation of drought.
