3(5x - 7) - 2(9x - 11) = 4(8x - 13)

15x - 21 - 18x + 22 = 32x - 52

15x - 18x - 32x = -52 + 21 - 22

15x - 50x = -52 - 1

- 35x = -53

35x = 53

x = 53/35
