We can solve this eqn by any methods

Here we are going to use cross multiplication method because here values are different of same coefficients of variables so here we go

$\frac{5m - 3n = 19 \: \: \times m}{m - 6n = - 7 \: \: \times 5 m} \\ \frac{5 {m}^{2} - 3mn = 19m}{5 {m}^{2} - 6mn = - 35m } \\ - \: \: \: \: \: \: \: + \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: + \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \\ 3mn = 54m \\ m = \frac{54m}{3n} \\ m = \frac{18m}{n} \\ mn = 18m \\ n = 18$

n = 18 substitute in eqn 5m - 3n = 19 to get the value of m you can substitute any eqn to get the value of m here we go

$5m - 3n = 19 \\ 5m - 3(18) = 19 \\ 5m -5 4 = 19 \\ 5m = 19 + 54 \\ 5m = 73 \\ m = \frac{73}{5}$
