A/c to the qn equation be:

 \: \\ 5m - 3n = 19  \\  \: m - 6n = - 7

We can solve this eqn by any methods

Here we are going to use cross multiplication method because here values are different of same coefficients of variables so here we go

 \frac{5m - 3n = 19  \:  \: \times m}{m - 6n =  - 7  \:  \:  \times 5 m}   \\  \frac{5 {m}^{2}   - 3mn = 19m}{5 {m}^{2} - 6mn =  - 35m  }  \\         - \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \:  \:  +  \:  \:   \: \:     \: \:  \:  \:  \:     \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  +  \:  \:     \:   \:  \:  \:   \:  \:   \\ 3mn = 54m \\ m =  \frac{54m}{3n}  \\ m =  \frac{18m}{n} \\ mn = 18m \\ n = 18

n = 18 substitute in eqn 5m - 3n = 19 to get the value of m you can substitute any eqn to get the value of m here we go

5m - 3n = 19 \\ 5m - 3(18) = 19 \\ 5m -5 4 = 19 \\ 5m = 19 + 54 \\ 5m = 73 \\ m =  \frac{73}{5}
