 \sqrt{200 +  \sqrt{621 +  \sqrt{16} } }  \\  =  \sqrt{200 +  \sqrt{621 + 4 } }  \\  \sqrt{200 +  \sqrt{625} }  \\  \sqrt{200 + 25}  \\  \sqrt{225}  = 15
In this cases we solve the innermost roots.
