Solution :

= \sf\sqrt{248 + \sqrt{52 + \sqrt{12 \times 12} } }

=\sf\sqrt{248 + \sqrt{52 + 12} }

= \sf\sqrt{248 + \sqrt{64} }

=\sf\sqrt{248 + 8}

= \sf\sqrt{256}
