 =  \sqrt{28}  \times  \sqrt{7}

 =  \sqrt{7  \times 4 }  \times  \sqrt{7}

 =    \sqrt{7 \times 4 \times 7}

 =  \sqrt{7 \times 2 \times 2 \times 7}

 = 7 \times 2

 = 14
