First of all We have to Find the Sum of

2 \frac{3}{7} and 5 \frac{4}{7}

 \frac{17}{7} +  \frac{39}{7}

 \frac{17+39}{7} =  \frac{56}{7} = 8

So, Sum of 2 \frac{3}{7} and 5 \frac{4}{7} is 8.

Now, Let us Find the Difference of

 \frac{4}{15} and  \frac{-2}{5}

 \frac{4-(-6)}{15} =  \frac{4+6}{15} =  \frac{10}{15} =  \frac{2}{3}

According to Question :-

We have to Subtract 8 from \frac{2}{3} .

 \frac{2}{3} -  \frac{8}{1}

Now, Our Answer is  \frac{-22}{3}

Exact Form :-  \frac{-22}{3}

Decimal Form :- 7.3
