volcanic mountains are formed due to cooling down of magma which comes out in the form of lava during volcanic eruptions and these are basically Basaltic rocks which forms volcanic mountains.
Fold mountains are formed due tectonic plate movements these plates strike with each other which results in formation of fold mountains i.e young fold mountains for eg Mt Everest is fold mountain .
Block mountains these mountains are also formed due to plate movements but in these mountains one plate overlap over the other and result in formation of table top land which is called block mountain.
