Well don't know from where should i start my topic but whatever I'm going to write those all are really experienced by me and wanna share among you all ,So let's start the topic xD.

A teacher is just like a way,Who stay there at the same place but they make people reach their right destination.A teacher shows you right path,He makes you worthy,In the whole world a teacher is an only a man who can change your weakness onto strength,But its very important to choosing a right teacher isn't a easy,Isn't it ?We all have heard about the great warrior-ARJUN ,Arjun became Arjun only a great direction of Guru Dhronacharya.

There is a great quotation let me share among you all -A teacher Encourage minds to think Hands to create or Hearts to Love.A teacher always encourages you specially where,There situations are against you.As we know no one knows what types of situations are coming but we can learn that how to deal with them.

One thing I've learnt in my life-Nothing is permanent every thing is temporary and there only one thing is permanent and it's temporary.We ought to always respects our teacher or should follow their guidance Because a teacher never shows you wrong direction or wrong path.

On the great day of teachers day when India's vice president or second president - Dr.Sarvapalli Radhakrishn was born,That's why we celebrate this day.In this day he gave opportunity to all children/Students to be a teacher that how they feel,

It's a Great quote and it's absolutely true.

Teaching is the profession which teaches all other professions.

Anne Sullivan is a great teacher and she inspired me alot. She is a great American teacher of Helen Keller.

Anne Sullivan taught a six-year-old girl Helen, who lost her sight, and hearing at the age of 19 months.Anne Sullivan teaching methods were very innovative and creative. She taught Helen with alot of patience and creativity. Within a month, Sullivan succeeded in teaching Helen. Sullivan used her palms to taught the English alphabets. She made Helen to feel the nature and it's creations in such a way that helen actually feel the presence of things around her by touching them. This way of teaching methods helped Helen to learn things faster.

As a teacher, I suggest following ways :-

• To make children learn better, Teachers should not repeat the same learning process.

• Teachers should use different methods and stratagies in the process of teaching and allow their students to use different types of learning styles.

• Teachers should allow their students to learn not only inside the class but also outside the classroom.

• Teachers should motivate them to be creative and think logically. Teachers allow their students to think outside the box.

• Teachers should focus on how students are learning but not how their performance in tests. Teachers should encourage their students achievements.

Government should take the following steps :-

• Better and free education should be implemented in schools.

• Create awareness about the importance of the education among the public.

• Free education should be implemented along with the accessories like free books, uniform etc.

• Opening new schools for poor children in their tribal regions.

• Government should take steps to provide free reservation seats for orphans, child labours.
