INDIA UNDER LEASE FOR 99 YEARS.


The very fact is a conspiracy. It is a debatable topic because some incidents say that India is on a lease while some contradict this fact.

So, here i will draw the outlines for all those facts which say that India is on a lease and which contradict it.

FOR :-

1)Under Transfer of Power agreement of 1947-

Under this agreement, India was declared a british dominion for 99 years after independence. All the british policies and rules were non-removable.
This agreement was signed between JL Nehru and Lord Mountbatten.

It is believed that the agreement was a secret and only Nehru ji knew about it.

Under this act, India is on a lease for 99 years.


2)Commonwealth Game Citizen-

Under the agreement of free india, India was declared as the member of Commonwealth Games.
India along with all the British colonies were the part of these games.

These games were only meant for British Dominions.
Hence, This declares India a British dominion and makes it on a lease.

But, All these measures and agreements are valid for 99 years. After the term of expiry, the countries will be not under any influence.


CONTRADICTORY FACTS :-

Pakistan was a part of india. Hence, all indian policies were equally put on Pakistan.
So,
If india was on Transfer of power agreement, Pakistan should also be.
Hence, the Pakistan captured Bangladesh would also be under the agreement.

But, During the liberation of Bangladesh, No such agreements came to lime light
Also, no further rules were embedded in the agreement.
But, According to lease laws, all such actions are under law. The division and merging can only take place within the limits of these laws and changes must be brought to the lease law which was proclaimed earlier.


These facts are tricky....

Because on hand they say india as a lease land while on other they prove it wrong.

But,
To my mind, India isn't a lease land because India constitution makes india a sovereign, socialist, secular and Republic country.

Under sovereign, The country is free from all external influence and dominance.
Hence, According to this, there mustn't be any influence of UK on india.

Rest, The topic is still debatable and controversial.
The facts which prove it right are also correct and strong but which declare it wrong as also same.

Recently I was hearing the recording of Rajiv Dixit, a very famous nationalist .. i heard he said, in the Transfer of power agreement 1947, which was signed between Nehru-Mountbatten for Indian-Independence.. It is mention that, india will be member of commonwealth dominion for 99 years and no law made by british would be amenable or removable.. ? Not only that, Queen of UK is head of state above president of INDIA by rank…. such that, she do not require Passport / Visa to enter in INDIA…… The final decision of Independence from Dominion status would be decided after the or during the end of this 99 years of agreement. ?…..
Becoz, of this and many other such laws-agreement many of PM failed to perform independently to UK …. and Even if supreme court – if wish to make any decision for which if there is nothing in law of INDIA. Take reference to if any of decision UK court made on this… to make it as part to Indian Judgement. …

You are exactly right. Indian Independence Act 1947 clarifies few facts. Most of the things were included in Transfer of power agreement 1947 which was signed between Nehru and Lord Mountbatten, infact this agreement is a confidential not made available for public few people got their hands on on few of the books of the agreement and revealed what they found.
Read article 147 Indian constitution it clearly says that if Privy council which is the supreme court of UK makes any amendments in Indian independence act 1947 or in government of indian act 1935. Indian supreme court will have to obey those amendments.
Our indian constitution still call country india as Dominion of India you can check this out by reading the consitution real and easy.
