I do not think we can find out the actual person who was drunk O_o .

Mom slapped her daughter cause she was drunk .

If the sentence was :

the latter was drunk , then daughter is the answer .

If it was :

the former was drunk . then mom is the answer .

But if nothing mentioned , O_o

In this case ,

daughter can also be drunk and she was beaten by her mother for that reason .

mom can also be drunk .

The sentence does not provide enough information .

Hence we conclude that probability of being drunk = 1/2 for bath becuase there are two possiblities .. XD
