Step-by-step explanation:

 \frac{20}{2}  +  \frac{3}{2} ( \frac{8}{4}  \div  \frac{40}{32} ) -  \frac{20}{6}

 = 10 +  \frac{3}{2} (2 \times  \frac{32}{40} ) -  \frac{20}{6}

 = 10 +  \frac{3}{2}  \times  \frac{32}{20}  -  \frac{10}{3}

 = 10 +  \frac{3}{2}   \times  \frac{8}{5}  -  \frac{10}{3}

 = 10 + 3 \times  \frac{4}{5}  -  \frac{10}{3}

 = 10 +  \frac{12}{5}  -  \frac{10}{3}

 =  \frac{150 + 36 - 50}{15}

 =  \frac{100 + 36}{15}

 =  \frac{136}{15}
