Sum of first n terms of an AP

Sn= n/2[2a +(n-1) d]

if we have last term(l)

Sn=n/2[a+l]

Sum of first n natural numbers=n(n+1)/2

Sum of first n terms of a GP

Sn=a(rⁿ-¹)/r-1

Sum of infinite terms of a GP

Sn=a/(1-r)
