Ideal fluid means, it cannot offers any fluid friction which means it has negligible viscosity.

Surface tension is based on viscosity, so for ideal fluidthere will be no surface tension.

And they are incompressible, that is density doesn't change on application of force or pressure.

an ideal fluid is the one that is frictionless & incompressible and has no viscosity. actually ideal Fluids do not exist but sometimes it is useful to consider what would happen to an ideal fluid in a particular flow problem in order to simplify the problem
