We have been provided with an excerpt which is written by VishnuBhatt Godse, A Brahmin casted fellow from a Maharashtrian Village. He and his Uncle set on a journey to Mathura in order to attend a Yojna (Organisation).

On their way, they were stopped by few sepoys (Soldiers) who resisted them from moving ahead because a massive upheaval (drastic change) was about to break out in next 3 days. Those soldiers said that :-

"The English people are highly determinated to remove the Hindu and Muslim culture from India (Maybe in order to establish their supermacy or culture). They have created a list of 84 rules and regulations and announced those in front of Prince and Kings of Calcutta. The Kings Got enraged with these rules or they became highly aggressive (maybe because the rules would be obnoxiously against our culture). The Kings threatened these English people not to impose such rules else/otherwise dire (Highly unpleasant) consequences or massive upheaval would take place. The incredibly annoyed kings returned to their respective capitals and started making plans to oppose English leaders. They also fixed a date for the war of religion and circulated their plans from one cantonment (military camp) in Meerut to another in different places across the entire nation."
