Here is your solution :-

Original price of scooter = ₹175000

Price after increment = ₹185000

Price increase = ₹185000 - ₹175000

                         = ₹10000

Percentage increase = \frac{10000}{175000} × 100

                                    = \frac{40}{7} %%

The price of scooter is increase by  \frac{40}{7} %
