 \frac{x {}^{2} + 4x - 12 }{x - 2}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{x {}^{2}  + 6x - 2x - 12}{(x - 2)}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{x(x + 6) - 2(x + 6)}{(x - 2)}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{(x - 2)(x + 6)}{(x - 2)}  \\  \\  =  > x + 6
