Here is your answer,

→ x²-√2x-3/2

→ 2x²-2√2x-3 = 0 It is in the form of ax² + bx + c = 0

→ ((2x²)- 3√2x + √2x- 3)

→ √2x(√2x-3) +1 (√2x-3)

→ (√2x-3) (√2x+1)
