solve:-

( {9}^{2}  -  { \sqrt{17} }^{2} ) {}^{  - \frac{1}{3} }  = (81 - 17) {}^{ -  \frac{1}{3} }

i.e.

 {64}^{ -  \frac{1}{3} }

i.e.

( {4}^{3} ) {}^{ -  \frac{1}{3} }  =  \frac{1}{( {4}^{3})  {}^{ \frac{1}{3} } }  =  \frac{1}{4}
