 x = \frac{ \sqrt{2 + 1} }{ \sqrt{2 - 1} } and \: y =  \frac{ \sqrt{2 - 1} }{ \sqrt{2 + 1} }  \\ find \: the \: value \: of \: {x}^2 +  {y}^{2}  + xy
