X - Y = 3 ----------(1)
And,
X + Y = 3 ---------(2)
From equation (1) we get,
X = ( 3 + Y ) -------(3)
Putting the value of X in equation (2)
X + Y = 3
3 + Y + Y = 3
2Y = 0
Y = 0
Putting the value of Y in equation (3)
X = ( 3 + Y ) = 3
Hence,
X = 3 and Y = 0
