=====================
For f(x) = 11x² - 26x - 21 to be a perfect square, the f(x) should be in form of x² - 2ax +a²

So,
 =  > 11 {x}^{2}  - 26x - 21 = 0 \\  \\  =  > 11 {x}^{2}  - 26x  = 21 \\  \\  =  >  {x}^{2}  -  \frac{26}{11} x =  \frac{21}{11 }  \\  \\  =  >  {x}^{2}  - 2 \times  \frac{13}{11} x +  { (\frac{13}{11} )}^{2}  =  \frac{21}{11}  +  {( \frac{13}{11} )}^{2}  \\  \\  =  >  {(x -  \frac{13}{11} )}^{2} =  \frac{21}{11}   +   \frac{169}{11}  =  \frac{(21 \times 11)  +  169}{121}  \\  \\  =  >  {(x -  \frac{13}{11} )}^{2}  =  \frac{231  +  169}{121}  =  \frac{400}{121}  \\  \\  =  > x -  \frac{13}{11}  =  \sqrt{ \frac{20 \times 20}{11 \times 11} }  =  \frac{20}{11}  \\  \\  =  >  \bf \:  x =  \frac{20}{11}  +  \frac{13}{11}  =  \frac{33}{11}  = \underline{ 3}
