Dear Audience,
It has always been a debate that which form of fitness is more important, Physical and Mental. The fact is this that both are important in making a person fit and if we dont focus on mental fitness, we can never achive the goal of becoming fit in life.
If a person is mentally fit, then only he can understand the rational behind different things, he can define his goals and struggle.
And if a person neglects the mental fitness, then no matter how much physically he may be fit bu he wont be able to have an execution plan for his goal.
Hence both types of fitness are equally important
