34 lakhs, find its cost when it was built.please solve this

Let Cost of house when it was built = 1X

Current of house will be X+36% = 1.36 X

1.36X = 3400000

X =3400000/1.36= 25LAKH

COST OF HOUSE WHEN IT WAS BUILT = 25LAKH
