Dear Student,

◆ Answer -

y = 4x + 9

● Explanation -

For equidistant points,

√ [(x1-x)² + (y1-y)²] = √ [(x2-x)² + (y2-y)²]

√ [(3-x)² + (4-y)²] = √ [(-5-x)² + (6-y)²]

9 - 6x + x² + 16 - 8y + y² = 25 + 10x + x² + 36 - 12y + y²

9 + 16 - 25 - 36 + x² + y² - x² - y² = 10x - 12y + 6x + 8y

-36 = 16x - 4y

4y = 16x + 36

y = 4x + 9

Hence, relation between x and y is y = 4x+9.

Thank dear...
