The bill can be introduced by lok Sabha.
Then it is sent to Rajya Sabha for any suggestions.
Member of Rajya Sabha had to return bill within 14 days.If they don't return then the bill is considered as passed.
Then it is sent to The President.
After all agreement the Bill has introduced then it becomes a Law.
